These terms govern the use of www.ebas.it (“Eventi in Basilicata”, “Ebas”), run by Tecnomind Soc. Coop., Viale Europa 3, 85037 Sant’Arcangelo (PZ), Italy, VAT IT01438330761 (“Tecnomind”). By using the site you accept these terms.
1. The service
Ebas collects events, places to see, accommodation, restaurants and producers in Basilicata, and lets registered users save listings, plan a trip and, if authorised, publish content. Information is provided for guidance only: dates, times, prices and availability may change, so please check them with organisers and businesses.
2. Intellectual property
The site and all its elements – software, source code, graphics, the «ebas» logo and brand, texts, photographs, processed maps, and the structure and organisation of the database – belong to Tecnomind or their respective owners and are protected by Italian copyright law (Law 633/1941), including database rights (Art. 102-bis et seq.), and by trademark law.
You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use and share links to individual pages. Without Tecnomind’s written permission you may not:
- copy, reproduce, modify or republish, in whole or in part, the site’s content, graphics or code;
- extract or reuse the whole database or substantial parts of it, including through repeated extraction of insubstantial parts;
- use automated programs (scrapers, crawlers, bots) to collect content, except search engines that respect robots.txt;
- use the site’s content to train artificial intelligence systems or to build competing services;
- attempt to circumvent the site’s technical protection measures or access limits.
Photographs published under free licences (for example from Wikimedia Commons) remain the property of their authors and are used under the licences stated in the credits.
3. User content
Anyone publishing events, places or businesses guarantees that they are entitled to do so, that the information is correct and that texts and images do not infringe third-party rights. By publishing, they grant Tecnomind a free, non-exclusive licence, valid for as long as the content is published, to display, adapt (for example translate or resize) and share the content on the site and on channels connected to Ebas. Tecnomind may moderate, edit or remove non-compliant content.
4. Accounts
Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.
5. Liability
Tecnomind takes care in running the site but does not guarantee that information is always complete, up to date or error-free, and is not responsible for services offered by organisers, businesses and producers listed on the site. Links to external sites are provided for convenience.
6. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence. For permission requests or reports, write to [email protected].
