Carbone, from 30 October to 1 November: the Serrapotamo Prized White Truffle Fair is back, with three days of food, culture and entertainment.
The prized white truffle takes centre stage again in the heart of Basilicata. From 30 October to 1 November 2026 the village of Carbone hosts the 19th edition of the Serrapotamo Prized White Truffle Fair, one of the events that celebrate the food, wine and traditions of the area.
Three days of flavours, culture, nature and entertainment, with a full programme for visitors, food lovers and tourists, and a showcase for local producers and for the history and landscape of the territory.
